These terms apply to your use of this website. By browsing it you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site.

They cover the website only. Work performed for a client is governed by the separate written agreement signed for that engagement, and where the two differ, that agreement wins.

02What this site is

This site describes what Price Performance Group does. It is information, not an offer, a quote or a contract. Nothing here creates a commitment on either side until we have agreed terms in writing.

Figures shown on this site describe past and current campaign activity. They are not a promise of what any future campaign will produce.

03Acceptable use

Use the site normally. Do not do any of the following.

• Interfere with the site, its security, or the servers it runs on
• Scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else
• Submit false information, other people’s personal data, or anything unlawful through the contact form
• Use it to send unsolicited commercial messages to us or to anyone else

Client names and logos shown on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. They appear to identify campaigns we have run. They do not imply that those companies endorse or sponsor this site.

Quotes on this site are from real clients, consultants and customers, published with permission and edited only for length and clarity. They describe those individuals’ experiences and are not a guarantee of any particular result.
