01What this policy covers

This policy explains what happens to information you send to Price Performance Group through this website. It covers the contact form and any email you send us from a link on the site.

It does not cover other companies whose sites you may reach from links here. Those sites have their own policies.

02What we collect

We only collect what you type into the contact form, plus the technical information a web server records in the normal course of serving a page.

• Your name and email address, which are required
• Your company and target market, if you choose to give them
• The message you write
• Standard server information such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request

03Why we collect it

To reply to you. That is the whole reason the form exists. We use your email address to answer your enquiry and to continue the conversation if you want one.

We also use the IP address recorded with a submission to limit how many messages a single sender can post in a short period, which keeps automated spam off the form.

04What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it or share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a marketing list because you used the contact form, and we do not send bulk email.

05Who else handles it

Two service providers necessarily touch data on the way to us. Both are bound by their own agreements and process the data only to deliver the service.

• Our hosting provider, which serves the site and keeps standard server logs
• Resend, which delivers the contact form message to our inbox as an email

06Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. There are no third-party trackers, pixels or social embeds on it.

If that changes we will update this page and say what was added before it starts collecting anything.

07How long we keep it

Enquiry emails stay in our inbox as business correspondence for as long as they are useful, in the same way any other business email would. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry and we will.

08Your choices

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form for this. Send an email and a person will handle it.

09Children

This site is aimed at businesses and at adults looking for work. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

10Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described rather than quietly edited in.
