Show up on time. Hold the line.
Learned in uniform, and still the first thing anyone here is taught. The morning meeting starts when it says it starts.
Price Performance Group is a face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition firm in Oklahoma City. We put trained people in front of real customers and report exactly what came back.

U.S. Navy veteran
Vince Price grew up in Lafayette, Indiana, and learned early that talk is cheap and results are not. He carried that into the U.S. Navy, where the standard was plain: show up on time, and do the job whether or not anyone was watching. Nobody asked what you meant to do. They looked at what got done.
After the service he moved into field sales and got his first real test on the LeafFilter launch team in Indianapolis. He did not start in leadership. He earned it by doing the work himself, then teaching the people around him to do the same. That market had never heard of the brand when he arrived. It knew the brand by the time he left.
He founded Price Performance Group to run that play again, on purpose and at scale. The method has not changed: put trained people in front of real customers, report exactly what the field produced, and build the next leader while the work is getting done. Vince still calls the morning meeting. He is still in the field. The standard the company runs on is his, and he is the one who refuses to let it slip.
Nobody cares what you meant to do. They care what got done.

Field to leadership fast, because he could do the work and teach it. He helped build demand for a brand that market had not met yet.

Founded to run the play again on purpose, at scale, and to build the people who will run the market after this one.
There is no proprietary secret here. The difference is that we actually do these four things, in order, every time, and we do not stop doing them once a market starts working.
Before anyone represents your brand, they are trained on it. Positioning, pricing, the objections that come up most, and the line they are not allowed to cross. A rep who cannot answer a hard question is a rep who costs you a customer.
Retail field, home shows, community events. Places people already visit with intent. We negotiate the placement, staff it, and cover the hours that actually convert rather than the hours that are easy to fill.
Numbers go on the board every morning, by rep and by location. If a store is not working we know inside a week, not inside a quarter. You see the same figures we do.
Every market we open is staffed by people we recruited and trained locally. Leaders come from inside, which is the only way the standard survives contact with growth.
Culture is not a perk here. It is the reason the results repeat. Real mentorship, a clear path up, and recognition that is specific about what earned it.
You learn the brand in week one, not month six. Nobody here stands in front of a customer unprepared.
Someone doing the same job in the same store, coaching you while it is still fixable.
Advancement is performance-based and nothing else. What you do this month decides what you are trusted with next.
Competitive, loud on a good day, and genuinely good to be part of. People here want the person next to them to win.
Being clear about the edges of the work saves everybody a wasted quarter. If your problem is one of these, we will point you somewhere better.
We do not buy media or report impressions. If what you need is reach, we are the wrong call and we will say so.
We do not hand you bodies and invoice for hours. We own the training, the standard and the result.
Every conversation happens face to face, in a place the customer chose to be.
The office, the board, and the people who fill it every morning.

If you are trying to build somewhere your brand is not known yet, that is the work we are best at.
