Three ways in. Every one of them is trained from zero, and every leader here started on one of them.

Start your career with hands-on training in marketing, sales and management, running real campaigns and events from day one.
Not perks in a handbook. These are the things people here actually name when you ask them why they stayed.
You are certified on the product before you stand in front of a customer, and the training does not stop once you are competent. Foundations, field execution, then leadership.
Advancement is performance-based and nothing else. There is no queue, no minimum time served, and every leader here started on the field.
Regional conferences, national summits and team retreats. When we open a new market, the people who built this one are the ones who go.
A leader works the same shift beside you and coaches while it is still fixable. Not a monthly check-in, and not a form.
As you take on responsibility you take on control of how your week is built. Results are the standard, not hours logged at a desk.
We promote from inside because a standard cannot survive being handed to a stranger. If you can hold it, there is a team waiting.
Market Director is a real destination, not a carrot. We will show you the route on the first call and tell you honestly how far along it you are.
Compensation is performance-based and explained in full before you accept anything. What you produce decides what you earn, and nothing is hidden until later.
Three times a year the work moves somewhere else. Two of them you earn.

Two days with the teams from neighbouring markets. Workshops in the morning, and the people who are beating your numbers explaining exactly how.

Earned, not allocated. The teams that hit the standard go, and the point of it is that no work happens.

The whole network in one room. Recognition happens on stage, in front of everyone, by name.
This is the same system Vince used to build in Indianapolis and open Oklahoma City, broken into four stages every representative runs through.

Product knowledge, customer psychology, and the habits that make a new hire credible in the first ten seconds.
Live practice in the field. Conversation frameworks, objection handling, and daily accountability on the numbers.
Turning producers into mentors. Running a team, running a board, and holding a standard when it is uncomfortable.
Launch playbooks, territory mapping and staffing. The part that turns one working market into the next one.
You learn the brand in week one, not month six. Nobody here stands in front of a customer unprepared.
Someone doing the same job in the same store, coaching you while it is still fixable.
Advancement is performance-based and nothing else. What you do this month decides what you are trusted with next.
Competitive, loud on a good day, and genuinely good to be part of. People here want the person next to them to win.
Nobody is thrown at the field on day one and nobody is left to work it out alone. This is the ramp, plainly.
Days 1-7
Product certification, the conversation framework, and shadowing someone who is already good at it. You will not be sent out cold.
Days 8-30
You work the field with a leader beside you. Daily feedback on what worked and what did not, while it is still fresh enough to fix.
Days 31-60
The goal stops being a good day and starts being a repeatable week. This is where most people find out they are better at this than they expected.
Days 61-90
You start coaching the person who joined after you. Teaching is the fastest way to get better, and it is how leadership is earned here.
The field is loud and the standard is high, but the people here want the person next to them to win. That is not a slogan, it is why the retention holds.

Neither. Most of our leaders had no sales background when they started. We hire for character, work ethic and coachability, then train the rest.
